W promocję Stolemów włączą się uczniowie kościerskich szkół
Uczniowie kościerskich szkół włączą się w promocję Stolemów, które mają być atrakcją turystyczną miasta. Na ulicach Kościerzyny stanie pięć 35-centymetrowych figurek kaszubskich siłaczy.
– To element promocji legend i historii miasta – mówi burmistrz Michał Majewski.
Ich imiona oraz historię mają wymyślić uczniowie szkół podczas lekcji i konkursów. Środki na powstanie rzeźb już wyasygnował kościerski samorząd. Za 50 tysięcy złotych wykona je artysta Tomasz Radziewicz, autor postaci Remusa ustawionej na kościerskim rynku. Figurki Stolemów będą wykonane z brązu i staną w najbardziej charakterystycznych miejscach miasta, m.in. przy Parowozowni i Muzeum Akordeonu. Figurki Stolemów mają stanąć w Kościerzynie w kwietniu przyszłego roku.
