W Marszewie koło Gdyni powstaną dwie nowe ścieżki edukacyjne
W Leśnym Ogrodzie Botanicznym w Marszewie koło Gdyni powstaną dwie nowe ścieżki edukacyjne – „Szlakiem w korzeniach drzew” oraz „Szlakiem Alicji w zaczarowanym lesie”.
Pierwsza ze ścieżek ma ułatwić poznanie warstw gleby i runa lasu. Na jej trasie znajdować się będą chatki ziemne, będzie się można dowiedzieć więcej o powiązaniach roślin, zwierząt i grzybów z glebą, ale także o dawnym i obecnym wykorzystaniu różnych elementów lasu przez człowieka. Z kolei na Szlaku Alicji znajdą się powiększone modele roślin i zwierząt, trudnych na co dzień do obserwacji ze względu na swoje niewielkie rozmiary.
Ze Szlaku w koronach drzew będą mogły skorzystać zarówno osoby starsze, jak i rodziny z dziećmi. Zaś Szlak Alicji w zaczarowanym lesie zostanie zaprojektowany ze szczególną myślą o najmłodszych. Ich otwarcie planowane jest na jesień tego roku. W ramach rozbudowy ogrodu w części leśnej planowane jest też zbudowanie niewielkiego teatru leśnego, a także domków na drzewie.
