W Lęborku rozpoczęła się przebudowa byłej bazy ZKM
W Lęborku rozpoczęła się przebudowa byłej bazy Zakładu Komunikacji Miejskiej przy ul. Łokietka 5. W przyszłości ma tam powstać nowoczesny Klub Osiedlowy BAZA.
Będzie on siedzibą dla Punktu Wsparcia Rodzin, Punktu Wsparcia Seniorów oraz Ośrodka Pracy z Młodymi „Nasze Miejsce”. Przed budynkiem pojawi się zieleń, a w bliskim sąsiedztwie podwórka przebiegać będzie ścieżka pieszo-rowerowa łącząca ulice Łokietka z Kellera. To część większego projektu rewitalizacyjnego, w ramach którego wiele budynków zyskuje nowy blask. Założeniem jest też identyfikacja z zamieszkiwaną dzielnicą – tak, aby mieszkańcy poczuli się gospodarzami swoich ulic i podwórek, mówi burmistrz Lęborka Witold Namyślak. Zajezdnia natomiast została przeniesiona w okolice dworca kolejowego – dodaje burmistrz. Budowa klubu kosztować będzie 3,5 mln zł, potrwać ma do połowy sierpnia tego roku.
