W Lęborku powstanie Klub Osiedlowy BAZA
Na jego potrzeby zostanie zaadaptowana baza Zakładu Komunikacji Miejskiej przy ulicy Łokietka. Miejski samorząd podpisał już umowę z wykonawcą prac. Będzie to jeden z najbardziej widocznych elementów rewitalizacji dzielnicy Nowy Świat.
– Klub osiedlowy razem z placówką wsparcia dziennego mają pomóc w rozwiązaniu problemów i zagrożeń społecznych północnej części Lęborka – mówi burmistrz Witold Namyślak.
Gruntowna przebudowa obiektu ma kosztować 3 i pół mln zł. Mają tam działać punkty wsparcia rodziny i seniorów oraz Ośrodek do pracy z Młodymi „Nasze Miejsce”. Do tego zieleń, przyjazna mała architektura i taras na dachu mają zachęcać do spędzania tam czasu. Oprócz działań prospołecznych rewitalizacja dzielnicy Nowy Świat obejmuje też inwestycje w drogi, ścieżki rowerowe, tereny rekreacyjne. Łączna wartość programu to ponad 21 mln zł, z czego większość sfinansuje wsparcie z unijnych funduszy.
