W Kościerzynie zakończono budowę budynku socjalnego
W Kościerzynie zakończono budowę długo oczekiwanego budynku socjalnego przy ulicy Gajowej. Obiekt jest już gotowy, a magistrat przystępuje do przydziału, znajdujących się w nim, 24 mieszkań.
– Udało się go jednak zakończyć zgodnie z terminem – mówi burmistrz Michał Majewski.
Inwestycja kosztowała 2 mln złotych, a jej realizacja trwała 1,5 roku. Podczas prac pojawiły się problemy z projektem budynku. W budynku socjalnym na osiedlu Wierzysko znajdują się 4 mieszkania dwupokojowe i 20 jednopokojowych – dodaje burmistrz Majewski. O przydziale mieszkań zdecyduje komisja mieszkaniowa, która już opiniuje wnioski mieszkańców. Obiekt przy ulicy Gajowej będzie drugim budynkiem socjalnym w Kościerzynie.
