W Kościerzynie wznowiono prace przy budowie budynku socjalnego
W Kościerzynie, po wielu problemach technicznych, wznowiono prace przy budowie budynku socjalnego dla 24 rodzin. Obiekt przy ulicy Gajowej ma być gotowy do końca tego roku.
– Problemem było podmokłe podłoże – tłumaczy burmistrz Michał Majewski.
Problemy pojawiły się latem ubiegłego roku. Okazało się, że nie uda się zrealizować inwestycji według przygotowanego projektu. Inwestycja będzie kosztowała blisko 2 mln złotych. W budynku będą 24 mieszkania, w tym dwadzieścia jednopokojowych i cztery dwupokojowe.
