W Kościerzynie wybrano wykonawcę rewitalizacji dworca PKP
W Kościerzynie – po wielu problemach – wybrano wykonawcę rewitalizacji dworca PKP Inwestycję za prawie 8 mln 600 tys. złotych zrealizuje kościerska firma Stanisława Repińskiego.
– Choć koszt znacząco wzrósł nie myślimy o zmniejszeniu zakresu prac – zapowiada burmistrz Michał Majewski.
Złożyła najniższa ofertę w drugim przetargu. Według wstępnych założeń rewitalizacja dworca kolejowego w Kościerzynie miała kosztować 6 i pół mln złotych. Za tę kwotę budynek miał zostać gruntownie wyremontowany, na parterze miały się znaleźć poczekalnia, kasa biletowa i toalety oraz restauracja. Władze Kościerzyny do rewitalizacji dołożą prawie 2 mln złotych. Mają one pochodzić z oszczędności budżetowych i emisji obligacji. Dworzec ma zostać wyremontowany do października przyszłego roku.
