W Kościerzynie w 2017 roku nie będzie budżetu obywatelskiego
W Kościerzynie w 2017 roku nie będzie budżetu obywatelskiego. Zdaniem burmistrza ubiegłoroczna formuła nie sprawdziła się, a na inną nie było zgody radnych.
– To była zbyt mała kwota, co powodowało problemy finansowe i techniczne przy realizacji zadań – tłumaczy burmistrz Michał Majewski.
Dotychczas miasto przeznaczało na ten cel około 400 tysięcy złotych, które dzielone były na inwestycje w 21 okręgach wyborczych. Zamiast dwudziestu małych inwestycji władze miasta proponowały realizację kilku większych zadań o wartości do 150 tysięcy złotych. Formuły nie udało się jednak ustalić, więc w przyszłym roku budżetu obywatelskiego formalnie nie będzie. Propozycje inwestycji złożą radni miasta. Wśród najpilniejszych zadań wymienia się remont chodnika przy ulicy Kartuskiej i modernizację ulicy Reymonta.
