W Kobysewie powstaje Powiatowy Środowiskowy Dom Samopomocy. To pierwsza tego typu placówka w powiecie kartuskim.
Prace budowlane mają się zakończyć w listopadzie, zajęcia mają się rozpocząć w pierwszej połowie przyszłego roku. Będzie to miejsce pobytu dziennego dla 50 osób z zaburzeniami czynności psychicznych i upośledzonych intelektualnie, niewymagających leczenia szpitalnego.
