W Kartuzach przybyło kolejnych miejsc parkingowych – dokładnie 60. Parking przy ulicy Majkowskiego, znajdujący się naprzeciw szkoły muzycznej, udało wyremontować się przed czasem.
– Powstała też kanalizacja deszczowa – mówi burmistrz Grzegorz Gołuński.
Inwestycja została ukończona, choć czeka jeszcze na odbiór. Wcześniej miejsce to znajdowało się w fatalnym stanie. Zmorą kierowców były liczne dziury, w których nietrudno było uszkodzić auto. Teraz parking wyłożono kostką betonową. Przebudowa parkingu kosztowała prawie 1,2 mln zł.
