W Kartuzach ma powstać hala widowiskowo-sportowa
W Kartuzach ma powstać hala widowiskowo-sportowa – przy Szkole Podstawowej nr 2. Gmina zamierza pozyskać na ten cel dofinansowanie.
– Koszty szacujemy wstępnie na 12 mln zł – mówi burmistrz Grzegorz Gołuński.
W Kartuzach nie ma obiektu przeznaczonego do organizacji imprez masowych, choć to miasto powiatowe. Hala miałaby służyć szeroko pojętej integracji społecznej i uprawiania wielu dyscyplin sportowych. Jednocześnie zachowana ma być sala sportowa przy podstawówce – ma być wyremontowana i powiększona o jedno piętro. Oprócz inwestycji przy Szkole Podstawowej nr 2 gmina Kartuzy planuje też budowę hali w Brodnicy Górnej. Najpierw jednak trzeba zrealizować pierwszy projekt.
