Studium uwarunkowania przestrzennego bez kawern
Bez kawern jest nowe studium uwarunkowania przestrzennego gminy Kosakowo. Dokument bez kontrowersyjnego zapisu uchwalili wczoraj gminni radni.
– Dotrzymałem deklaracji złożonej w Pierwoszynie odnośnie wykreślenia kawern – mówi Jerzy Włudzik.
O wykreślenie ze studium terminów „kawernowy” i „rozbudowa” starali się mieszkańcy, których zadaniem użycie tych określeń otwiera spółce PGNiG drogę do powiększenia podziemnych magazynów gazu. Mieszkańcy nie są jednak do końca zadowoleni, bo to jedyna uwaga, jaką rada gminy uwzględniła. Pozostałych kilkanaście, dotyczące m. in. wyznaczenia nowych terenów pod usługi, samorządowcy odrzucili. Inaczej przebieg sesji ocenia wójt Jerzy Włudzik – jego zdaniem samorząd postąpił zgodnie z wolą mieszkańców, a dodatkowe uwagi znacznie przekraczały możliwości gminy. O wykreślenie kontrowersyjnych zapisów ze studium mieszkańcy gminy Kosakowo starali się od lutego. (Foto: www.rgkosakowo.pl)
