W Gdyni zawisła wiecha nad budynkiem Mieszkanie Plus
W Gdyni zawisła wiecha nad pierwszym na Pomorzu budynkiem powstającym w ramach programu Mieszkanie Plus. Pomieści 172 mieszkania dla osób, których zarobki są zbyt niskie by otrzymać kredyt hipoteczny a nie przysługuje im jednocześnie mieszkanie komunalne.
– To przykład świetnej współpracy podmiotu państwowego z lokalnym samorządem i prywatnym przedsiębiorcą – mówi Adam Selonke, prezes spółki ISN wykonującej projekt.
Budowę finansuje fundusz zarządzany przez Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego Nieruchomości – podkreślał Witold Słowik, podsekretarz stanu w Ministerstwie Rozwoju. Łącznie w ramach programu powstaje teraz 1700 mieszkań, a 15 tysięcy jest w przygotowaniu. Gdynia bierze udział w pilotażu. Pierwszy z sześciu planowanych budynków powstaje w rozwijającej się dzielnicy Kacze Buki – mówił prezydent Gdyni Wojciech Szczurek. Mieszkania w Kaczych Bukach mają być gotowe do końca roku w stanie deweloperskim.
