W Gdyni wprowadzono regulacje związane z kampanią wyborczą
Wyborcze plakaty nie mogą szpecić miasta – uważają w Gdyni. Wprowadzono tam regulacje, które mają temu zapobiec. Przede wszystkim jest zakaz wieszania wszelkich ulotek, naklejek, plakatów i banerów przy drogach, na słupach oświetleniowych i trakcyjnych, ogrodzeniach i znakach drogowych.
– To rozwiązanie przetestowaliśmy już podczas ostatnich wyborów parlamentarnych – mówi wiceprezydent Gdyni Katarzyna Gruszecka-Spychała.
Zakaz wywieszania materiałów wyborczych będzie dotyczył pasów drogowych ważniejszych ciągów komunikacyjnych, m.in. w odcinkach 300 metrów od skrzyżowań czy 150 metrów od sygnalizacji świetlnej i przejść dla pieszych. Natomiast plakaty i banery będzie można umieszczać w miejscach wskazanych w zarządzeniu prezydenta miasta. Plakaty i inne materiały umieszczone w niedozwolonych miejscach w Gdyni usuwać będzie Policja i Straż Miejska. Kosztami obciążone zostaną poszczególne komitety wyborcze.
