Informacji będą pod nim udzielać pracownicy otwartego oficjalnie Gdyńskiego Centrum Kontaktu.
– Ma usprawnić kontakt z urzędem i sprzyjać standaryzacji usług – mówi prezydent Gdyni Wojciech Szczurek.
Pracuje tam teraz 6 osób, w razie potrzeb liczba ta może wzrosnąć do 15. Jeden numer w każdej sprawie nawiązuje do roku nadania praw miejskich w 1926 roku – to 58 626 26 26 – wyjaśniał wiceprezydent Gdyni Bartosz Bartoszewicz. Gdyńskie Centrum Kontaktu ma działać od 07:00 do 18:00 w dni powszednie i od 08:00 do 14:00 w soboty. Wyjątkiem jest trwający, przedwyborczy tydzień. Od czwartku do soboty będzie czynne od 08:00 do 20:00 a w niedzielę od 07:00 do 21:00.
