W ubiegłą środę w nocy w ramach ogólnopolskiej akcji pracownicy socjalni w towarzystwie mundurowych ankietowali osoby bez dachu nad głową. W Gdyni okazało się, że liczba bezdomnych spadła o 81. Sprawdza się tam propozycja szansy na zamieszkanie pod własnym dachem, zwłaszcza w realizowanym od ponad trzech lat programie socjalnym Utrecht. Oprócz pomocy w opłaceniu czynszu ważne jest też spisanie tzw. kontraktu socjalnego. Określane w nim są cele, które osoba potrzebująca pomocy chce osiągnąć.
