W centrum handlowo-usługowe – przekształcą międzytorze w Redzie
W centrum handlowo – usługowe chcą przekształcić tzw. międzytorze w Redzie. Rada miasta przyjęła na ostatniej sesji plan zagospodarowania przestrzennego dla okolic planowanego przystanku kolejowego.
– W związku z tą inwestycją przygotowaliśmy plan zagospodarowania dla łącznie 17. hektarów zaniedbanego dotąd terenu w rejonie ulic Buczka, Gniewowskiej i Drogowców – mówi zastępca burmistrza Redy Halina Grzeszczuk.
PKP PLK wybuduje go na wysokości ulicy Łąkowej w związku z modernizacją linii nr 202. Uchwalenie planu zagospodarowania międzytorza zamknęło ostatecznie konsultacje społeczne, które redzki samorząd prowadził od ubiegłego roku. Nowy przystanek kolei w Redzie ma powstać do 2023 roku. Ma być zadaszony i przystosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych.
