W Borzestowie oddano do użytku nową salę gimnastyczną
Wybudowano ją przy szkole podstawowej. Oprócz miejsca do organizowania lekcji w-fu i rozgrywania meczy są też szatnie i magazyn sprzętu sportowego.
– Była to jedna z najbardziej oczekiwanych gminnych inwestycji, bo sale w Chmielnie i Miechucinie cieszą się sporym zainteresowaniem – mówi wójt Jerzy Grzegorzewski.
Sala w Borzestowie kosztowała niemal 3 mln zł. Z tego 640 tysięcy gmina Chmielno pozyskała z Ministerstwa Sportu i Turystyki.
