VI Festiwal Przygody WANOGA w Wejherowie | 6-8.10
Od 6 do 8 października 2017 r. Wejherowo stanie się na kilka dni „mekką” dla wszystkich żądnych dalekich podróży i niezwykłych przygód. Zjadą się tu bowiem eksploratorzy i podróżnicy, alpiniści i grotołazi, żeglarze i kajakarze, gawędziarze i ich słuchacze, a także ludzie aktywni, poszukujący ciekawych form spędzania czasu wolnego. A wszystko to w ramach VI Festiwalu Przygody Wanoga, który odbywać się będzie w budynku Filharmonii Kaszubskiej (Wejherowo, ul. Sobieskiego 255).
Wśród gości imprezy znajdą się ludzie oryginalni, ciekawi, często bardzo znani: wybitni himalaiści, odkrywcy, utalentowani dziennikarze, reporterzy i fotografowie. Zobaczymy między innymi: znanego dziennikarza i fotografika – Marka Arcimowicza, długoletniego fotografa National Geographic, który opowie o planie zdjęciowym programu „Kobieta na krańcu świata” Martyny Wojciechowskiej, himalaistę – Andrzeja Bargiela, który opowie o zjazdach z himalajskich ośmiotysięczników, eksploratora – Romualda Koperskiego, który podzieli się wrażeniami z przeprawy łodzią wiosłową przez Atlantyk, czy jeżdżącego na wózku inwalidzkim Michała Worocha, który opowie o wyprawie samochodem terenowym przez obie Ameryki. Ludzi, których opowieści, slajdy i filmy mówią nie tylko o dalekich krainach, ale i o sile ducha, woli walki, chęci odkrywania i zdobywania… Zobaczymy zdjęcia z różnych kontynentów przemierzając je rozmaitymi środkami transportu – pieszo, rowerem, kajakiem, czy busem. Ponadto będzie też okazja by uczestniczyć w warsztatach świadomego podróżowania „Post-turysta”, które poprowadzi Maria Złonkiewicz.
Nazwa imprezy – Wanoga – nawiązuje do kaszubskiego słowa oznaczającego wycieczkę, podróż lub wędrówkę. Dlatego też na gości festiwalu czekać będzie ponadto wiele bezpłatnych atrakcji w plenerze pozwalających poznać piękno regionu. Organizatorzy imprezy przewidzieli w programie m. in. spływ kajakowy rzeką Redą (na odcinku Zamostne-Wejherowo), rajdy na orientację (pieszy i rowerowy), czy gry i zabawy w budynku Wejherowskiego Centrum Kultury przygotowane przez firmę Rebel z Gdańska.
