Usiłował przekupić policjantów i odmówił badania alkomatem
Zarzut wręczenia korzyści majątkowej usłyszał 27-latek, który chciał przekupić policjantów po tym jak rozbił samochód. Do zdarzenia doszło w poniedziałek rano w Tłuczewie w powiecie wejherowskim.
Policjanci zauważyli na poboczu rozbity samochód marki VW. Ustalili i zatrzymali kierowcę i pasażera, od obu wyczuwalna była wyraźna woń alkoholu. U 18- letniego pasażera alkomat wykazał ponad promil alkoholu w organizmie. 27-letni kierowca, mieszkaniec Gdańska, odmówił badania. Wyjął za to z kieszeni spodni kilka banknotów i położył na półce w radiowozie wskazując, aby policjanci go wypuścili a sami odjechali. Policjanci zabezpieczyli kilkaset złotych, które sprawca próbował im wręczyć i zatrzymali mu prawo jazdy oraz przewieźli do placówki medycznej, celem pobrania krwi do badań. 27-latek usłyszał już zarzut wręczenia korzyści majątkowej funkcjonariuszom Policji, przyznał się do winy.
Za próbę przekupstwa grozi mu kara pozbawienia wolności do lat 8. Ponadto mężczyzna może odpowiadać za kierowanie samochodem w stanie nietrzeźwości.
