Jeszcze w tym roku Urząd Gminy Stężyca zmieni swoją siedzibę. Będzie to możliwe dzięki wyprzedzeniu harmonogramu prac przy budowie nowego budynku.
– Nowy urząd gminy pierwotnie miał być oddany do użytku w przyszłym roku, ale dzięki ciepłej zimie i zdobytemu dofinansowaniu będzie gotowy już tej jesieni – informuje wójt gminy Stężyca Tomasz Brzoskowski.
Powstający w sąsiedztwie Nadraduńskiego Centrum Turystycznego obiekt ma skupić referaty rozproszone obecnie w trzech miejscach. Na powierzchni prawie tysiąca 700-t metrów kwadratowych zaplanowano ponad 80 pomieszczeń. Oprócz biur i gabinetów także m. in. salę obrad. Nowa siedziba Urzędu Gminy ma w sumie kosztować 7 mln zł.
