Unikatowe działo wzbogaciło zbiory Muzeum Obrony Wybrzeża w Helu
Jedno z najpotężniejszych dział II Wojny Światowej – Flak 88 w unikatowej wersji – wzbogaciło kolekcję Muzeum Obrony Wybrzeża w Helu.
– To bardzo rzadko spotykana konstrukcja – mówi dyrektor helskiego muzeum Wojciech Waśkowski.
Bezinteresownie odrestaurował je i przekazał placówce pasjonat militariów z Kłanina w gminie Puck. Podstawa działa była od kilkunastu lat w inwentarzu helskiego muzeum. Górną część skompletował hobbysta, pan Mateusz Deling, bo jak tłumaczy – działo jest częścią historii półwyspu. Flak 88 był uniwersalnym działem przeciwlotniczym i przeciwpancernym. Eksponat w Helu zamiast na kołach spoczywa na podstawie fortecznej. Muzeum Obrony Wybrzeża znajduje się przed rogatkami Helu. Nowe działo będzie tam można obejrzeć na wiosnę.
