Ulicami Kościerzyny przeszedł „Marsz dla Ziemi”
„Stop plastikom”, „Szanuj Ziemię”, „Segreguj z nami, walcz z odpadami” – takie hasła wznosiła dziś młodzież i dzieci na ulicach Kościerzyny. W Marszu dla Ziem przeszli uczniowie kilkunastu szkół z całego powiatu.
Przygotowali kolorowe transparenty i okrzyki, w których namawiali mieszkańców do segregowania odpadów i niepalenia śmieci. Dzięki deszczowej pogodzie mogli też poznać zalety deszczu, o których mówili leśnicy i pracownicy Parków Krajobrazowych. Po marszu były konkursy ekologiczne Nadleśnictwa Lipusz i Kościerzyna, swoje przygotowały także szkoły i Parki Krajobrazowe. Organizatorem obchodów Światowego Dnia Ziemi w Kościerzynie była Liga Ochrony Przyrody.
