Ulica Karnowskiego ukończona – wymaga zmian w organizacji ruchu
Droga do Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy w Wejherowie już ukończona, ale nie każdemu będzie łatwo na nią wjechać. Wczoraj przedstawiciele władz miasta podpisali dokumenty odbioru z wykonawcą inwestycji.
– Teraz mogą odetchnąć z ulgą – mówi wiceprezydent Wejherowa Beata Rutkiewicz.
Mimo, że znajduje się na obrzeżach Wejherowa, to ruch na ulicy Jana Karnowskiego jest duży, bo znajduje się przy niej wiele firm oraz wejherowski „pośredniak”. O remont drogi prosili przedsiębiorcy i urzędnicy, którzy mieli problemy z dostawami i parkowaniem swoich samochodów. Na Karnowskiego kosztem 680 tysięcy złotych. położono nową nawierzchnię, wybudowano chodniki, plac manewrowy, odwodnienie oraz parking na 50 samochodów. Przy odbiorze odkryto też mankament nowej drogi – trudności z wjazdem mogą mieć TIR-y wjeżdżające od strony krajowej nr 6. Problem ten wejherowskie władze chcą rozwiązać przy pomocy generalnej Dyrekcji Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad. Decyzji ze strony Dyrekcji spodziewać się można najwcześniej pod koniec września.
