Ukraińscy samorządowcy uczyli się pracy od redzkiego samorządu
Przyjechali uczyć się i korzystać z naszego doświadczenia. Delegacja ukraińskich samorządowców gościła w Redzie przypatrując się pracy tamtejszego samorządu.
– Chcemy poznać dobre wzorce – mówi burmistrz Nowej Wodołagi, Alkesander Iesin.
Burmistrz i radny miasta Nowa Wodołaga z obwodu charkowskiego gościli w Redzie przez cały tydzień, w ramach projektu „Miasta w transferze polskiego doświadczenia decentralizacji na Ukrainę” realizowanego przez Związek Miast Polskich i wybrane polskie samorządy. Akcja ma przygotować ukraińskich samorządowców do wdrożenia zaplanowanych reform by podnieść jakość, dostępność i efektywność lokalnych usług publicznych, a także ograniczyć zjawiska korupcyjne. Ciepłownictwo, rozwiązania z zakresu gospodarki odpadami komunalnymi, zarządzanie drogami i infrastrukturą to tylko niektóre z tematów, jakie interesowały ukraińskich gości. Pokazaliśmy im zwykłą, codzienną pracę samorządu od podszewki – mówi burmistrz Redy, Krzysztof Krzemiński. W ramach projektu Związku Miast Polskich w ubiegłym tygodniu 30 ukraińskich samorządowców szkoliło się w 15 polskich miastach.
