Uczulają mieszkańców na niewłaściwe gospodarowanie odpadami
W gminie Szemud uczulają mieszkańców na niewłaściwe gospodarowanie odpadami. Chodzi o przyjmowanie i składowanie ziemi, gruzu, żwiru czy torfu.
– Właściciele nieruchomości przyjmując ziemię bez odpowiednich zezwoleń narażają się też na konsekwencje prawne i wysokie kary – mówi wójt gminy Szemud Ryszard Kalkowski.
Ziemia nawieziona z nieznanego źródła może skazić grunty – zwracają uwagę samorządowcy. Apele już poskutkowały wzmożonym zainteresowaniem mieszkańców gminy Szemud pozwoleniami na rekultywację. Często jest to dmuchanie na zimne, bo większość wniosków jest bezprzedmiotowa – poinformował Wydział Środowiska Starostwa Powiatowego w Wejherowie. Jego wyjaśnienie w sprawie zasad przyznawania decyzji na rekultywację opublikowano na stronie internetowej gminy Szemud.
