Trwają przygotowania do rozpoczęcia sezonu letniego
We Władysławowie trwają przygotowania do rozpoczęcia sezonu letniego. Ratownicy Wodnego Ochotniczego Pogotowia Ratunkowego będą czuwać na 15 strzeżonych kąpieliskach. Zakupili też nowy sprzęt, którym będą patrolować Bałtyk od Władysławowa do Chałup.
– Jak co roku apelujemy aby wybierać kąpieliska strzeżone – mówi prezes puckiego WOPR Jarosław Radtke.
W ubiegłym roku w całej Polsce utonęło aż 650 osób. Główną przyczyną są zazwyczaj brawura i alkohol. W tym roku tylko w maju doszło do 30 utonięć. Na szczęście, jak na razie nie odnotowano takiego przypadku na pomorskich kąpieliskach. Ratownicy rozpoczną pracę 29 czerwca.
