Transport podrabianych zabawek zatrzymali celnicy w Gdyni
Ponad 2600 sztuk podrabianych zabawek zatrzymali funkcjonariusze pomorskiej Służby Celno-Skarbowej. Nielegalny towar o wartości 900 tys. zł wykryto w dwóch kontenerach, które do gdyńskiego portu przypłynęły z Chin.
Celnicy stwierdzili, że część leżaczków, chodzików i mat dziecięcych nosi oznaczenie, którego właścicielem jest znany producent zabawek. Zapakowane w 580 kartonów akcesoria zostały złożone w magazynie, a kancelaria prawna reprezentująca w Polsce właściciela znaku potwierdziła naruszenie praw własności intelektualnej. Wniosek o ściganie został już przekazany do Prokuratury Rejonowej Gdańsk Śródmieście. Importerem nielegalnych zabawek była firma z Mazowsza. Za naruszenie praw własności intelektualnej grozi kara grzywny, ograniczenia wolności albo pozbawienia wolności do lat 2.
