Tragedia w Podjazach – zatruł się spalinami i zmarł
Zatrucie spalinami było prawdopodobna przyczyną śmierci 61-letniego mężczyzny w gminie Sulęczyno. Do tragicznego zdarzenia doszło w miejscowości Podjazdy.
– Strażacy przestrzegają przed używaniem tego typu urządzeń w pomieszczeniach zamkniętych – mówi Fryderyk Mach z Komendy Powiatowej Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Kartuzach.
Po godzinie 19.00 strażacy zostali zawiadomieni o zwłokach mężczyzny znalezionych w domu jednorodzinnym. Po przybyciu na miejsce zmierzyli stężenie tlenku węgla w powietrzu. Urządzenia pomiarowe nic nie wykazały, natomiast w przedpokoju znajdował się wyłączony agregat prądotwórczy, którego wskaźniki znajdowały się w pozycji „do pracy”. Prawdopodobną przyczyną zgonu było zatrucie spalinami, wstępnie wykluczono działanie osób trzecich. Zmarły 61-latek używał agregatu do oświetlenia pomieszczenia, w którym nie było prądu.
