To była bezpieczniejsza majówka niż przed rokiem – podsumowują pomorscy policjanci. Doszło w sumie do 28 wypadków, w których na szczęście nikt nie zginął. Zatrzymano tez o połowę mniej pijanych kierowców niż rok temu. Wzmożone kontrole na pomorskich drogach policjanci prowadzili od 30 kwietnia. Przez 5 minionych dni sprawdzali trzeźwość kierujących, prędkość i sprawność pojazdów. Na naszych drogach doszło do 28 wypadków, w których 36 osób odniosło obrażenia ciała. To była bezpieczniejsza majówka przyznają jednak policjanci. Przed rokiem podczas długiego weekendu zginęły 3 osoby, a na podwójnym gazie przyłapano 121 kierowców. – W tym roku było ich o połowę mniej – mówi młodszy aspirant Joanna Skręt z Komendy Wojewódzkiej Policji w Gdańsku. Dodajmy, że dzisiaj policjanci prowadzili też akcję „Trzeźwy poranek” sprawdzając kondycję kierowców „po długim weekendzie.”
