Wielkimi krokami zbliżają się kaszubskie ZÔPÙSTË, które tradycyjnie potrwają przez ostatnie dni karnawału – od najbliższej niedzieli do wtorku. To tak na prawdę nasz rodzimy Karnawał, niegdyś niezwykle hucznie obchodzony na tańcach, czy w przypadku rybackich maszoperii na wspólnym zszywaniu niewodu i piciu piwa własnej roboty.
W Zôpustë nie mogło zabraknąć mięsa, placków z żytniej mąki i pùrcli, czyli drożdżowych pączków pieczonych na głębokim oleju. Czasy się zmieniają, a wraz z nimi i obyczaje. Od lat dość powszechne na Kaszubach stało się obchodzenie Tłustego Czwartku. Wzorem polskiej tradycji, także Kaszubi przenieśli wypiek pączków na ten właśnie dzień. Pùrclowe szaleństwo potrwa więc dziś do wieczora. Potem dopiero będziemy myśleć, jak spalić te wszystkie kalorie.
Radio Kaszëbë zaprasza słuchaczy na pùrcle z naszego wozu transmisyjnego, w którym jest dzisiaj Agnieszka Łukasik i Dominik Lewicki. Już po ósmej słyszymy się na naszej antenie z Kościerzyny. A potem? Szukajcie więc dziś w waszych miastach białego dooblo z czarno-żółtym napisem Radio Kaszëbë.
