Tłumy widzów oklaskiwały koncert białoruskiej Orkiestry Bałałajkowej
Egzotyczne, piękne i oryginalne – to wrażenia słuchaczy po finałowym koncercie Orkiestry Bałałajkowej Państwowego Uniwersytetu Kultury i Sztuki z Mińska. Występem w kościele w Bolszewie artyści zakończyli ośmiodniowe tournee po Pomorzu.
– Orkiestr bałałajkowych w Polsce nie ma, to była dla słuchaczy egzotyka – mówił Radiu Kaszëbë podczas koncertu finałowego Igor Jankowski.
Orkiestra koncertowała w województwie pomorskim na zaproszenie gminy Wejherowo i organisty Parafii Wniebowzięcia NMP w Bolszewie, Igora Jankowskiego. W ramach Trzeciego Festiwalu Kultury Białoruskiej artyści od 8 do 16 maja wystąpili m. in. w Centrum Św. Jana w Gdańsku, Sali Karwan Muzeum Zamkowego w Malborku, a także w kościołach gminy Wejherowo.
Podczas finałowego koncertu w Bolszewie, artyści zza wschodniej granicy wystąpili wspólnie wejherowskimi chórami: Calasanz i Camerata Musicale.
