Test na HIV bezpłatnie i anonimowo wykonasz w Gdyni
W Gdyni do piątego grudnia można bezpłatnie i anonimowo wykonać test na HIV – w ramach Europejskiego Tygodnia Testowania.
To akcja skierowana do każdego, bo wszyscy jesteśmy narażeni na ryzyko zakażenia wirusem, który powoduje śmiertelną i niemożliwą do wyleczenia chorobę. Przebadać się powinny zarówno młode osoby, ludzie zakładający dopiero rodzinę, szczęśliwi single, a także stateczni małżonkowie. Wbrew ogólnemu przekonaniu, że wirusem HIV zarażają się zażywający narkotyki i homoseksualiści, w Polsce główną drogą zakażenia wirusem HIV są kontakty heteroseksualne.
W ramach akcji niemal co roku wykrywany jest wirus HIV u mieszkańców Trójmiasta. Szacuje się, że około 35 tys. Polaków jest zakażonych HIV, a 50 proc. z nich o tym nie wie i może nieświadomie zakażać. Punkt bezpłatnego i anonimowego pobierania krwi w kierunku HIV sfinansowany przez miasto Gdynia działa w Powiatowej Stacji Sanitarno – Epidemiologicznej, która mieści się przy Starowiejskiej 50. Badania są prowadzone do piątku w godzinach 15:00 – 18:00, a na zakończenie akcji w sobotę między 11:00 a 15:00. (Foto: rozmaitosci.com)
