Teren przed Urzędem Miejskim zostanie zagospodarowany
Teren przed Urzędem Miejskim we Władysławowie zostanie zagospodarowany – zapowiedział dziś w audycji Dzień Dobry Kaszuby burmistrz Roman Kużel.
Mowa o nieużytkach w centrum miasta. Samorządowcy są na finiszu starań o uporządkowanie sytuacji prawnej tego obszaru. O wykupie ziemi przed Domem Rybaka mówiło się we Władysławowie od lat. Skorzystają na tym także właściciele sąsiednich działek, którzy chcą je zabudować. W ostatnim czasie doinwestowany został również budynek Urzędu Miejskiego – zamontowano w nim windę i stworzono salę obsługi mieszkańców. Rozpoczyna się także jego termomodernizacja, która etapami będzie prowadzona przez trzy lata.
