Targi Gastronomiczno-Spożywcze w Redzie | 13-14.03
W dniach 13 – 14 marca w Hotelu RIVER STYLE w Redzie odbędzie się kolejna edycja TARGÓW GASTRONOMICZNO-SPOŻYWCZYCH organizowanych przez firmę GASTREM. Celem targów, podobnie jak w poprzednich latach jest konsolidacja środowiska hotelarsko-gastronomicznego oraz prezentacja najnowszych trendów w dziedzinie wyposażenia profesjonalnej kuchni.
Program targów – warsztaty i szkolenia*:
– PIEC KONWEKCYJNY
– SCHŁADZANIE SZOKOWE
– ROBOT COUPE: soki, pizza, szatkowanie warzyw
– DIVERSEY: higiena i czystość – nowoczesne podejście
– WOK INDUKCYJNY: dania włoskie i azjatyckie
PREZENTACJA URZĄDZEŃ ORAZ SPRZĘTU DLA GASTRONOMII WRAZ ZE SZKOLENIEM NA TEMAT ICH WYKORZYSTANIA
