Szpital św. Wincentego a Paulo w Gdyni będzie rozbudowany
Szpital św. Wincentego a Paulo w Gdyni będzie miał blok operacyjny i zmodernizowany SOR. Podpisano umowy na prace budowlane. Główny budynek szpitala zostanie rozbudowany o skrzydło zachodnie wraz z trzypoziomowym parkingiem.
Powstanie m.in. nowy blok operacyjny z czterema salami do obsługi Oddziału chirurgii urazowo-ortopedycznej, urologii, chirurgii ogólnej, naczyniowej, kardiologicznej i onkologicznej. Na szpitalnym oddziale ratunkowym poprawią się warunki przyjmowania i leczenia pacjentów oraz pracy personelu – będzie w nim więcej miejsca. Rocznie z SOR-u w Szpitalu św. Wincentego a Paulo w Gdyni korzysta ponad 40 tys. pacjentów, zaś wykonywanych jest tam 20 tys. hospitalizacji i 10 tys. zabiegów. Koszt rozbudowy to ponad 71 mln zł. W planach jest też zakupienie nowego sprzętu i wyposażenia, na czym skorzysta także Szpital Morski im. PCK. Będą też szkolenia kadry medycznej. Cała inwestycja ma zostać wykonana końca do 2020 roku i będzie kosztować prawie 109 mln zł. Z tego blisko 64 mln zł to unijne dofinansowanie, samorząd województwa pomorskiego dołożył 36 mln zł. Do tego 8 i pół mln zł pochodzić będzie z budżetu państwa, a pozostałe 340 tys zł wydadzą Szpitale Pomorskie.
