Szczęśliwie zakończyła się wizyta wieloryba w Zatoce Gdańskiej
Szczęśliwie zakończyła się wizyta w Zatoce Gdańskiej dla wieloryba, którego wczoraj rano rybacy znaleźli zaplątanego w sieci. Uwolnili go strażnicy graniczni wspólnie z naukowcami.
Wieloryba znaleziono kilkaset metrów na północ od plaży w Gdańsku Westerplatte. Było to młode zwierzę, prawdopodobnie to samo które widziano dwa tygodnie temu u wejścia do portu w Gdyni. Morski ssak tkwił uwięziony w sieciach, rybacy na pomoc wezwali pograniczników. Patrolowiec należący do Morskiego Oddziału Straży Granicznej wziął na pokład pracowników Stacji Morskiej Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego w Helu i przewiózł w pobliże humbaka.
Mundurowi wspólnie z naukowcami odcięli większość splątanych lin, a wieloryb odpłynął kierując się w stronę otwartego morza.
