Święto Raka Szlachetnego we Wdzydzach Kiszewskich
Rak szlachetny może na powrót stać się marką środkowych Kaszub i symbolem naszych czystych wód. Zakrojony na szeroką skalę projekt odnowy gatunku prowadzi Pomorski Zespół Parków Krajobrazowych. Okazją do poznania tych skorupiaków będzie odbywające się 4 lipca Święto Raka Szlachetnego we Wdzydzach Kiszewskich.
Gatunek ten należy w Polsce do krytycznie zagrożonych. Powodem było zatruwanie jezior przez odprowadzane tam ścieki a także sprowadzenie do naszych wód bardziej odpornego na zanieczyszczenia raka pręgowatego. O różnicach między tymi gatunkami a także o walorach raka szlachetnego będzie można się dowiedzieć 4 lipca we Wdzydzach Kiszewskich. Zaprasza organizator kierownik Wdzydzkiego Parku Krajobrazowego Andrzej Penk. Podczas Święta Raka Szlachetnego będzie można wziąć udział w rajdzie rowerowym i spływie kajakowym a także w wielu konkursach związanych z tematem raka. Święto odbędzie się w najbliższą sobotę we Wdzydzach od godziny 15:00.
