Święto Marynarki Wojennej na finał Święta Morza
W Gdyni bezpłatne zwiedzanie okrętów w weekend, a niedzielę oficjalne uroczystości i festyn – święto Marynarki Wojennej na finał Święta Morza.
– Cywilów szczególnie zapraszamy do zwiedzania okrętów i na festyn – który w niedzielę od 13:00 rozpocznie się przy Klubie Marynarki Wojennej „Riwiera” – mówił w dzisiejszej audycji Dzień Dobry Kaszuby kpt. mar. Przemysław Płonecki – oficer prasowy 3. flotylli okrętów.
Marynarka świętuje zawsze w ostatnią niedzielę czerwca – tradycja trwa od prawie 90 lat i nierozerwalnie łączy się z historią polskiej obecności na Bałtyku. W niedzielę okręty podniosą wielką galę banderową, będzie msza w intencji marynarzy i ich rodzin, uroczystości na Skwerze Kościuszki w Gdyni i salut z ORP „Błyskawica”.
Festyn w niedzielę przy klubie „Riwiera”, a od jutra natomiast przy nabrzeżu skweru Kościuszki zacumują i zostaną udostępnione bezpłatnie do zwiedzania trzy okręty – podwodny „Sęp”, rakietowy „Grom” oraz trałowiec „Wdzydze” – na ich pokład będzie można wejść od 10:00 do 18:00. W niedzielę także bezpłatnie będzie można zwiedzić Błyskawicę. – Święto Marynarki Wojennej tradycyjnie obchodzone jest na finał Święta Morza i jest jedną z atrakcji – które mają popularyzować tematykę morską – wyliczał prezes zarządu Pomorskiego Związku Żeglarskiego Bogusław Witkowski.
