Święto jednostek z wejherowskiego garnizonu
Żołnierzom za wzorową służbę, samorządowcom za przykładną współpracę – dziękowano wczoraj na rynku w Wejherowie.
– Wojska nie tworzą hierarchie i stopnie, tylko ludzie i ich zaangażowanie – podkreślał dowódca Batalionu Dowodzenia Marynarki Wojennej, komandor porucznik Artur Gajdemski.
Swoje święto – po raz pierwszy poza koszarami – obchodziły jednostki z tamtejszego garnizonu: Batalion Dowodzenia Marynarki Wojennej, 18-ty Wojskowy Oddział Gospodarczy i Zespół Zarządzania Wsparciem Teleinformatycznym Marynarki Wojennej. Dodaje pułkownik Piotr Adamski z 9. Brygady Wsparcia Dowodzenia. Podczas uroczystości silnie podkreślano związek jednostek z regionem i jego mieszkańcami – którzy po oficjalnych przemówieniach podziwiali występy Orkiestry Reprezentacyjnej Marynarki Wojennej, wojskową defiladę oraz pokaz musztry paradnej.
