SWARZEWO: Nie ma skażenia Zatoki Puckiej po pęknięciu rury
Nie ma skażenia Zatoki Puckiej po pęknięciu rury ze ściekami koło Swarzewa – informuje Wojewódzki Inspektorat Ochrony Środowiska w Gdańsku. Do awarii doszło ponad tydzień temu. Rozszczelniła się 30-letnia rura odprowadzająca ścieki do oczyszczalni w Swarzewie. Do zatoki trafiło wtedy 500 metrów sześciennych zanieczyszczeń. Inspektorzy przebadali próbki wody pod kątem skażenia środowiska. Wyniki pokazują, że mimo zwiększonego stężenia fosforu, azotu oraz amoniaku – woda w zatoce jest bezpieczna dla ludzi i zwierząt. Oznacza to że nie będzie zakazu kąpieli w Pucku, można też wchodzić do wody w Swarzewie. Przeorganizować natomiast trzeba będzie ruch samochodów w pobliżu oczyszczalni – mówi rzecznik Wojewódzkiego Inspektoratu Ochrony Środowiska w Gdańsku Barbara Gdaniec-Rhode. Kolejna kontrola bakteriologiczna wody w Zatoce Puckiej ma się odbyć za dwa tygodnie.
