Strażnicy w Rumi otrzymali defibrylatory z budżetu obywatelskiego
Strażnicy w Rumi mają już defibrylatory zakupione w ramach ubiegłorocznego budżetu obywatelskiego.
– Pozwala na skuteczne działanie jeszcze przed przyjazdem karetki pogotowia, co jest szczególnie ważne gdy liczy się każda minuta – mówi komendant Straży Miejskiej w Rumi Roman Świrski.
To trzy urządzenia do ratowania ludzkiego życia warte ponad 20 tys. zł. Defibrylator jest urządzeniem stosowanym w przypadkach zatrzymania krążenia, pomaga w przywracaniu normalnej pracy serca. Projekt zakupu defibrylatorów, złożony przez jednego ze strażników, zdobył największe poparcie mieszkańców miasta – otwierając listę 13 pomysłów wybranych do realizacji w ubiegłorocznym budżecie obywatelskim. Tegoroczna edycja rozpoczęła się dzisiaj – do wykorzystania jest półtora mln zł na propozycje mieszkańców Rumi. Wnioski można składać do 28 kwietnia.
