Straż Miejska w Wejherowie zaprasza na kurs samoobrony
Straż Miejska w Wejherowie rozpoczyna dziś zapisy na 9 kurs samoobrony. To bezpłatne zajęcia dla kobiet, które ukończyły 18-ty rok życia. Liczba miejsc jest ograniczona, liczy się kolejność zgłoszeń.
Warto się więc pośpieszyć, bo kurs cieszy się zawsze ogromnym zainteresowaniem. Zajęcia praktyczne poprowadzi instruktor samoobrony i kickboxingu, obecnie trener Kadry Narodowej w kickboxingu, Wejherowianin Rafał Karcz. Będzie uczył kursantki jak mają się uwolnić z uchwytu napastnika, jak skutecznie uderzyć by odeprzeć atak. Teorię Komendant Straży Miejskiej Pan Zenon Hinca, a ratownik medyczny Tomasz Groth przeszkoli z udzielania pierwszej pomocy. Bezpłatny kurs samoobrony będzie się odbywał w sali korekcyjnej Szkoły Podstawowej nr 6 w Wejherowie – w poniedziałki i środy w godzinach 20:30 – 21:30. By się zapisać wystarczy zadzwonić bądź napisać maila. Zainteresowane panie odsyłam do strony internetowej Straży Miejskiej w Wejherowie.
