Straż Miejska w Wejherowie ogłosiła nabór na kurs samoobrony
To już siódma edycja. Treningi odbywać się będą regularnie dwa razy w tygodniu w poniedziałki i środy o 20:30. Poprowadzą je już tradycyjnie: Rafał Karcz – zajęcia praktyczne, Tomasz Groth – pierwsza pomoc oraz z teorii Komendant Straży Miejskiej Zenon Hinca.
Inauguracja 29 marca w Zespole Szkół nr 1 w Wejherowie. Zajęcia z elementami samoobrony są dostosowane do możliwości uczestniczek kursu i udział w nim może wziąć każda pani, u której nie ma przeciwwskazań zdrowotnych do uprawiania rekreacji ruchowej. Przyjętych zostanie maksymalnie 30 uczestniczek – by się zapisać można zadzwonić bądź wysłać maila. Numer i adres opublikowano na stronie internetowej Straży Miejskiej w Wejherowie.
Kurs potrwa do końca maja, będzie to ostatnia edycja przed letnią przerwą. Następny planowany jest na wrzesień.
