200 lat! Dla Pani Moniki Stachowiak z Kartuz
Najważniejsze w życiu to optymizm i praca – a najgorsze to bezczynność i brak celu – mówi Pani Monika Stachowiak z Kartuz, która wczoraj obchodziła swoje setne urodziny. W otoczeniu rodziny i przyjaciół, Pani Monika wspominała swoje życie. Z dużym poczuciem humoru opowiadała, jak lubiła chodzić na grzyby czy jagody, ale już nie może ponieważ syn za bardzo się o nią obawia. Dla niego również rzuciła palenie papierosów w wieku 97 lat, a – jak opowiada żartobliwie – paliła sporo. Pani Monika Stachowiak urodziła się 5 maja 1914 roku. Obecnie jest jedyną żyjącą spośród ósemki swoich braci i sióstr. Ma pięcioro wnuków i ośmioro prawnuków.
