W Barnowie startowali w kolarskim wyścigu o Puchar Czesława Langa
Niemal stu uczestników wystartowało w kolarskim wyścigu o Puchar Czesława Langa w Barnowie w powiecie bytowskim. Ścigali się podczas piątego już Hubertusa.
– To doroczny piknik, podczas którego pokazujemy dzieciom piękno sportu jeździeckiego oraz zachęcamy do przeżycia rowerowej przygody i połknięcia kolarskiego bakcyla – mówi Czesław Lang – wicemistrz olimpijski oraz dwukrotny medalista szosowych mistrzostw świata, a teraz także organizator m. in. Skandia Maraton Lang Team.
Impreza, której gospodarzami są Czesław i Elżbieta Lang, pomyślana jest jako święto koniarzy i rowerzystów. Najmłodszy z rowerzystów startujących w Barnowie miał 4 lata. W części jeździeckiej Hubertusa dla dzieci było polowanie na lisa. W tę rolę wcielił się Czesław Lang, a „upolować” go udało się Julii Klonowskiej – mistrzyni Polski do lat 15 w pływaniu na 100 i 200 metrów kraulem oraz finalistce w sztafecie 4 razy 100 metrów kraulem na pierwszych Igrzyskach Europejskich w Baku.
