Stadion w Redzie – otwarcie w pierwszej połowie czerwca
Jeszcze w pierwszej połowie czerwca zostanie oddany do użytku zmodernizowany stadion w Redzie.
– Ze względu na niesprzyjającą pogodę, rozpoczęte latem 2017 roku, prace trzeba było przerwać jesienią – mówi burmistrz Redy, Krzysztof Krzemiński.
Na stadionie Miejskiego Ośrodka Sportu i Rekreacji, oprócz wysokiej jakości szwajcarskiej bieżni tartanowej będą lepsze warunki do uprawiania skoku w dal czy wzwyż. Zmodernizowano również obszar do biegu z przeszkodami oraz do rzutu oszczepem i kulą. Modernizacja redzkiego stadionu pochłonęła prawie 2,5 mln zł. Miejski samorząd pozyskał na ten cel ponad milion 200 tys zł z Ministerstwa Sportu i Turystyki.
