Spółdzielczy browar w Pucku uwarzył „Dwa półsztyki”
W Pucku uwarzyli „Dwa półsztyki” – spółdzielczy browar może się pochwalić pierwszym produktem. To pierwsze tego typu przedsiębiorstwo w Polsce i szósty spółdzielczy browar na świecie, w którym piwo warzą osoby z niepełnosprawnością umysłową.
– To niezwykłe przedsięwzięcie, które łamie stereotypowe podejście do osób niepełnosprawnych – opisuje Agnieszka Dejna ze Spółdzielni Socjalnej Dalba z Pucka.
Dwa półsztyki to w żeglarstwie nazwa jednego z węzłów cumowych. W browarnictwie – nowa marka piwa która zwiąże trzy spółdzielnie we wspólnym działaniu. Zyski ze sprzedaży przeznaczone będą na cele społeczne – ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem aktywizacji osób niepełnosprawnych.
