Siedziba sądu pracy nie wróci na razie do Kościerzyny
Siedziba sądu pracy nie wróci na razie do Kościerzyny – taką decyzję z Ministerstwa Sprawiedliwości otrzymały władze powiatu kościerskiego. To odpowiedź na apel kościerskich samorządowców w tej sprawie.
Mieszkańcy powiatu już od 5 lat muszą korzystać z Sądu Pracy w Kartuzach. Zdaniem radnych ogranicza to dostępność do wymiaru sprawiedliwości i obniża rangę sądu w Kościerzynie. Innego zdania są jednak urzędnicy w Ministerstwie Sprawiedliwości. Ich zdaniem nie ma ekonomicznego uzasadnienia przywrócenia siedziby Sądu Pracy w Kościerzynie. W ubiegłym roku z tego terenu wpłynęło jedynie 14 pozwów w sprawach pracowniczych. Zapowiada starosta kościerski Alicja Żurawska. Apel o podjęcie działań w celu przywrócenie sądu pracy w Kościerzynie do radnych wysłali też kościerscy prawnicy.
