Filmowali „Ścinanie Kani” w Checzy w Łączyńskiej Hucie
Ścinanie kani przedstawione w Checzy w Łączyńskiej Hucie sfilmowane na potrzeby dokumentu – powstającego w ramach projektu „Rok obrzędowy z Wikipedią”.
Ma on na celu wzbogacenie zasobów internetowej encyklopedii o poprawne merytorycznie hasła dotyczące obrzędów ludowych z terenu Polski. Grupa pracowników Państwowego Muzeum Etnograficznego w Warszawie, członków Stowarzyszenia Wikimedia Polska i wolontariuszy współpracuje przy tworzeniu dokumentacji fotograficznej, filmowej i tekstowej dotyczącej siedmiu wybranych obrzędów kultywowanych w całym kraju o różnych porach roku. Efekty ich pracy będą dostępne w sieci na otwartych licencjach. Ostatnią sobotę w Łączyńskiej Hucie w powiecie kartuskim etnografowie i wikipedyści wzięli udział w przygotowanym przez Klub Studencki Pomorania przedstawieniu ścinania kani, które według dawnych wierzeń miało uwolnić uczestniczących w nim ludzi od zła dzięki zabiciu jego żywego wcielenia.
Zakończenie projektu „Rok obrzędowy z Wikipedią” planowane jest na jesień tego roku. Wtedy też odbędzie się wirtualna wystawa, ukaże się DVD z filmami oraz publikacja podsumowująca pracę badaczy.
